 A poll by Eurosport-Yahoo! readers has revealed who was the best signing during the January transfer window. The poll showed that Tosic was voted fourth best behind Andrei Arshavin (1st), Craig Bellamy (2nd) and Emile Heskey (3rd). Tosic had over 3500 votes by Yahoo! readers who thought he was the best signing in January.
Manchester United took a huge punt with the signing of 21-year-old Serbia winger Zoran Tosic . With the evergreen Ryan Giggs moving into central midfield, will Tosic wow United fans like the Welsh wing wizard did in his heyday or will he fade like Jesper Blomqvist? Who knows? He is untested at this level and Sir Alex Ferguson has already admitted that he lacks the pace to beat players while praising his intelligence and technique. Zoran Tosic has been labeled by many as Cristiano Ronaldo's eventual successor, with the Portugese star being linked with a summer transfer to Real Madrid. When Tosic was asked about this he replied"It's nice to hear that, but I won't be no Ronaldo, simply because women don't go crazy over me and I don't use hair gel. Moreover, I think I'm closer to Wayne Rooney, literally, as he is my neighbor after all."

 Manchester United winger Zoran Tosic has revealed that he could have been playing in the Polish Ekstraklasa now rather then the Premier league - according to Super Express.
The newly transferred Manchester United player had admitted that two years ago Legia Warsaw showed interest in purchasing him. In 2006, Legia officials had apparently talked to Tosic about a possible move to Poland but unfortunately no deal was made. "It was only an expression of interest," said Tosic. "However, in the end Legia made no offer for me." added the Serb who has 12 national team caps to his name and has appeared for both UEFA EURO 2008 and FIFA World Cup 2010 qualifying.
